Bob’s Auto is seeking a dependable, motivated, and skilled Automotive Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about automotive repair, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

This position involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide variety of domestic and import vehicles while working in a professional, team-oriented environment.

• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics
• Identify mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
• Perform routine maintenance services including:
• Oil changes
• Tire rotations
• Battery replacement
• Air filtration services
• Tune-ups
• Wiper blade replacement
• Diagnose and repair:
• Brake systems
• Steering and suspension systems
• Cooling systems
• Fuel systems
• Electrical systems
• Alternators and starters
• Air conditioning and heating systems
• Transmission and drivetrain components
• TPMS systems
• Use diagnostic equipment and repair software effectively
• Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly with service advisors and customers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all shop safety procedures and industry standards
  

• Previous automotive repair experience preferred
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working on domestic and foreign vehicles
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools and shop equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
