Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager is required to oversee the daily operations in the warehouse location. They are responsible for monitoring the furniture that arrives from various vendors as well as monitoring it as it goes out to customers. They are also responsible for keeping inventory counts correct and keeping the warehouse space clean and organized. 
** Must be willing to be the Warehouse Manager of two locations (Midland and Odessa)

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Perform opening/closing duties 

• Run daily reports 

• Supervise daily operations 

• Create employee schedules 

• Delegate tasks to Warehouse Assistant Managers and Warehouse Supervisors 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 3-5 years of previous warehouse management experience required. 

• Proven leadership and management ability. 

• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and conditions. 

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move for extended periods. 

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. 

• Basic math skills. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Excellent organizational skills. 

• Customer service skills. 

• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment. 

• High School Diploma/GED required 

Salary : $20 - $22
