Responsibilities:
· Secure financing for customers
· Generate income through the sale of service contracts, GAP, and other F&I products
· Complete all paperwork involved in the sale of a vehicle
· Take credit apps and submit for approval with banks and credit unions
· Load and prep deliveries
· Complete paperwork and make copies after delivery to prepare deal jacket for accounting
· Complete compliance training and understand laws (consumer protection)
· Assist in title work / license branch processing
· Maintain form supply
· Filing / maintaining product files
· Cilajet scheduling
· Processing product cancellations
· Follow-up on suspended products, unbilled products, submit eContracts
