What We're Looking For: As a Bob Loquercio Auto Group Service Drive Greeter, you are the first point of contact for customers arriving for service. This individual plays a critical role in providing a positive customer experience by greeting customers promptly, gathering initial service information, and directing them to the appropriate service personnel. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival in the service drive
- Identify customers with scheduled appointments or walk-ins and notify the appropriate service advisor
- Assist customers with check-in procedures, including collecting basic vehicle information (VIN, mileage, service needs)
- Provide initial support and answer basic questions about the service process
- Maintain a neat and organized service drive area at all times
- Move vehicles as necessary to maintain traffic flow and space availability
- Offer refreshments and maintain the customer waiting area cleanliness
- Ensure all customer interactions reflect the dealership’s commitment to exceptional service
- Communicate any delays or service issues to customers and advisors promptly
- Support the service team with clerical or administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and customer-first mentality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Previous customer service or dealership experience is a plus
