Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and grow a team of sales professionals
- Train and support individual salespeople; assist in closing deals
- Oversee and manage the entire sales process
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns
- Manage new vehicle inventory
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance
- Work effectively with factory representatives
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 5 years of sales experience in a high-end dealership
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager
- Proven ability to train, coach, and motivate a sales team
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and employee respect
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong work ethic with a focus on growth and performance
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with CRM, appraisal, and DMS systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to work Saturdays and attend special events as needed
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
