We are seeking candidates with experience in luxury or high-end customer service sales to join our team at Genesis of Winston Salem. The Luxury Sales Professional will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients interested in Genesis vehicles, whether new or used. This role involves providing product information, assisting with inquiries, processing sales transactions, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction through the buying and servicing process of their vehicle.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in luxury retail or sales is preferred.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide product information and advice to customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, collaborating with the sales manager and finance team.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries, requests, and concerns proactively.
- Exceed sales targets while upholding high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends in the luxury automotive industry.

**Pay**
Base salary paid Semi-Monthly, with bonus/commission checks paid on the 15th of the following month.
