Are you a strong communicator who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a high-energy environment? We are looking for a motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team.
As a Service Advisor, you are the connection between the customer and the technician. You will guide customers through their service visit, set clear expectations, communicate repair recommendations, and help deliver a professional, positive experience from start to finish.
What Youll Do
- Welcome customers with professionalism and urgency.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and document them accurately.
- Create clear, detailed repair orders.
- Communicate inspection results, maintenance needs, repair timelines, and pricing.
- Work closely with technicians, parts, and management to keep vehicles moving.
- Follow up with customers throughout the repair process.
- Build trust by setting accurate expectations for diagnostics, repairs, recalls, and maintenance.
- Review service history and present needed maintenance recommendations.
- Help drive customer satisfaction, retention, and department growth.
- Be part of a team that values accountability, communication, and results.
