Automotive Salesperson - Bob King KIA

We are seeking a Salesperson to join our team at Bob King KIA. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing the right vehicle to meet their needs. The right person for this role will be ready to learn and have a personality where you can easily build relationships with customers.

We will be conducting open interviews for this role. Please come in anytime between 9am-6pm Monday through Saturday and ask for James or Terry to interview. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive products and services
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
  
  

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements
• Provide information on available vehicles and their features
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Meet sales targets and goals set by the dealership

Pay : We offer a very competitive base plus commission pay plan for our Salespeople. Base pay is paid semi monthly and any bonuses or commissions are paid on the 15th of the following month.
