About Us:
Bob King Automall is a well-established, family-owned dealership located in Wilmington, NC. Our organization includes Bob King Buick GMC, Bob King Pre-Owned, and Bob King Autohaus. We take pride in delivering excellent customer service and fostering a positive, professional work environment. We are currently looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to become part of our team.
Work schedule:
- Monday-Friday (exact schedule TBD)
- alternating Saturdays 9-6
- Maximum 29 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems for our sales and service departments
- Direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel or department
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties
- Process receipts and assign internet leads to sales staff
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Assist front desks with coverage and other related duties as needed
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and work independently
- Friendly, professional, and reliable demeanor
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
