Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Pre-Owned Automotive Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our sales targets by assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and engage customers as they enter the dealership, build rapport, and assess their vehicle needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest vehicle models, features, and specifications to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct needs assessments and guide customers in selecting the right vehicle by matching their requirements and preferences.
  • Test Drives: Arrange and accompany customers on test drives, highlighting the vehicle's features and benefits.
  • Sales Presentations: Create compelling sales presentations, showcasing the unique selling points of our vehicles.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customers are satisfied with the terms.
  • Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, including sales contracts, financing applications, and vehicle registration.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership.
  • CRM Utilization: Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities.
  • Product Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services, such as warranties, maintenance packages, and accessories.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus).
  • Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • A passion for automobiles and a desire to stay informed about the latest industry trends.
