Responsibilities
- Drive Customers safely to and from the dealership
- Respond to all calls from each dealership with a sense of urgency
- Follow all traffic laws at all times to keep yourself, the customers, and our vehicles safe
- Assist with clean up on the lot, in the service lane and in the shop as needed per the Service Director
- Occasionally assist with Corporate drives to the bank or post office
- Other duties as assigned to keep the Service Lane inviting for customers
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Availability to work when the Service drive is open Monday - Friday 7:30am-6:00pm Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm - schedule to be discussed in more detail during the interview process
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
- Professional, clean appearance and demeanor
- Able to drive both automatic and occasionally standard transmission vehicles as needed
- Willingness to take initiative for all duties asked to perform by management
- Detailed follow up skills and Ability to Follow Directions with a sense of urgency
