- Teach assigned courses.
- Perform extra-curricular functions (e.g., coaching, student organization sponsors, etc.).
- Disciple students through relationship building.
- Model effective oral and written communication.
- Participate in activities related to the school (e.g., grade-level assemblies, school spirit activities).
- Maintain student academic grades and attendance.
- Attend chapel and BJA faculty meetings.
- Communicate the religious beliefs of BJA to students and student affiliates.
- Answer questions concerning BJA’s statement of faith and biblical position to parents, students, or those inquiring about BJA.
- Maintain professional appearance and presentation.
- Communicate expectations consistently with parents.
- Communicate grades on a timely basis through the Student Management System.
- Resolve parental concerns in a timely and gracious manner.
- Engage parents in matters of student discipleship.
- Attend school-wide professional development days.
- Attend conferences in the academic field.
