What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support Center - Alumni (Student) position at Bob Jones University?
POSITION SUMMARY: work with students and faculty/staff of Bob Jones University to assist in solving technology problems and providing technology resources.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- work with customers to resolve technology problems in person, over the phone, and over email
- Troubleshoot new issues as well as recall specific solutions to recurring issues
- Assist in the loaning and returning of equipment to faculty and students
- Assist with hard drive backups and data transfer
- Assist in providing technology resources to students and faculty/staff as well as basic instruction for how to use or procure those resources
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Must be enrolled as a student at Bob Jones University
- Experience with Windows 10 and 11
- Experience with Apple OS
- Experience with mobile computing platforms including iOS and Android
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Learn and adapt quickly to new skills, settings, and technological challenges
