POSITION SUMMARY: Help support the IT Operations team with network support requests and various projects.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Audit and help standardize network racks throughout campus.
- Document and map wireless access point locations on campus.
- Monitor network and server performance using diagnostic tools.
- Maintain accurate records of changes and troubleshooting steps.
- Assist the network and system engineers.
- Other duties as assigned by manager
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Good analytical skills
