POSITION SUMMARY: Oversee students/visitors in the Student Center Den and Hub area. Provide friendly assistance to students, faculty/staff, and visitors.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise student activities in the Student Center
- Maintain a wholesome atmosphere
- Exhibit professional behavior whenever on duty
- Supervision of the Game Room and maintain game supplies
- Maintain a clean environment - dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash
- Make reservations for the Den meeting rooms
- Answer the phone/transfer calls/take messages
- Maintain lost and found items
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Must be enrolled as a student at Bob Jones University
- Demonstrate a friendly, pleasant, and helpful spirit
- Be able to tactfully, but firmly confront problems
- Live above reproach before peers
