- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic.
- Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and dealership services.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
