We provide industry leading training and support in an effort to build the best quality workforce and provide a team-oriented work environment. This is a full-time position with performance-based compensation.
Essential Responsibilities:

· Greet customers in a friendly and timely manor
· Obtain all customer and vehicle information including payoff
· Work within a sales process
· Be proficient with Vehicle options and technology
· Present and negotiate sales terms
· Obtain titles and lien releases from customers and miscellaneous banks
· Maintain a professional appearance
· Prospect database of Finance and Lease customers
· Other duties as requested by management
Qualifications:Ability to multitask and perform job duties without direct supervision
Valid New York State driver’s license
Team Player with positive attitude
Salary : $60,000 - $150,000
