What are the responsibilities and job description for the Detailer - Flat Rate position at Bob Johnson Auto Group?
· Clean, wash, and detail both new and pre-owned vehicles to dealership standards
· Perform interior and exterior detailing, including vacuuming, waxing, polishing, and steam cleaning
· Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and ensure they are showroom-ready
· Apply protective coatings and treatments as needed
· Maintain detailing equipment and workspace in a clean, organized manner
· Assist with lot organization and vehicle movement when necessary
Qualifications:Requirements
- Previous experience in car detailing preferred, but not require
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
Salary Description
$16.50 - $20 flat rate per hour
