What You’ll Do
- Oversee roofing installations from setup to clean-up
- Keep job sites safe, clean, and well-organized
- Lead and coordinate roofing crews and subcontractors
- Ensure work meets or exceeds company standards
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, crews, and office staff
What We’re Looking For
- Detail-oriented and dependable (you don’t miss a thing)
- Comfortable leading others and giving direction
- Experience in construction, roofing, or similar trades
- Able to read and follow work orders, timelines, and specs
- Committed to quality, safety, and doing the job right
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Clean driving record with experience hauling a trailer
