About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order execution
- Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to management
- Assist with prep work including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Adapt to varying station assignments including grill, salad/sandwich, fry, sauté, or prep as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cook, line cook, or in a commercial kitchen preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
