What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to handle day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support leadership with timely financial insights. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a small business environment, this role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll support
- Oversee month-end close, journal entries, and reporting
- Track job costing and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, performance, and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience (construction/home services a plus)
- QuickBooks and MS Excel proficiency is required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred but not required
