What You'll Do
As a Barista/Food Prep team member, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting and serving hot and cold beverages and/or food to meet customer needs.
- Setting up workstations and preparing ingredients for your shift.
- Accurately operating the POS system and handling cash transactions.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
- Interacting with customers professionally and regularly to provide excellent service.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to contribute to our team. Here’s what we’re seeking:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a barista or cook is preferred. However, candidates with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn will also be considered!
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to listen and adapt to customer needs.
- Integrity: A great attendance record and reliability are essential.
- Flexibility: Open availability and a willingness to adjust to scheduling needs.
- Requirements: Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
