Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead customers through the automotive sales process
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles while adhering to manufacturer and dealership policies
- Explain vehicle features and benefits to clients
- Present and explain pricing and payment information that is compiled by sales managers
- Demonstrate vehicle technologies
- Work closely with sales management and finance team on deals
- Communicate with customers in person, via phone, email and text
- Deliver personal experiences to every customer to build relationships
- Complete all required training for sales certification and maintain your certification status with courses and training as directed by management
Skills and Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience in any industry required
- Automotive sales experience preferred
- Understanding of the automotive sales process preferred
- Strong work ethic to continuously generate new business
- Attention to detail to ensure sales process is always followed accurately
- Friendly and professional at all times
- Computing ability to explain vehicle pricing to clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
