Bob Cermignano Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. is seeking an experienced, part time Administrative Assistant. Salary based upon experience. Position is available immediately. Please see below for required qualifications.
Primary Job Functions:
- Handle customer calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Schedule customer appointments and dispatch appointments to service technicians
- Follow-up with customers
- Answer messages and direct them to the appropriate department
- Provide office support to entire company as needed using a variety of computer and organizational skills
Required Qualifications:
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of PC technology
- Knowledge of the Main Line area
- Experience with scheduling customer appointments
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
- High School Degree or Equivalent
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
