Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing team! We are looking for someone with professional experience and has a driven personality to meet team and individual goals.
Compensation
Hourly compensation is based on experience level and proficiency.
Hours include: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. Wednesday & Friday 8:00a.m. to 6:00p.m.

Responsibilities
- Prepare daily deposits reconciled to reports
- Receive and post payments to customer accounts via check/ACH/email
- Resolve customer requests for invoice copies and statement questions
- Generating, verifying, and distributing accurate monthly receivable statements
- Actively and consistently contacting customers to collect overdue bills
- Review and analysis of other receivable schedules as assigned
- First point of contact for Body Shop customers making appointments and picking up vehicles
- Direct phone calls and emails related to Body Shop claims
- Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned
- Will work directly with the Controller with a goal of professional and personal development
Qualifications
- 1 year of professional experience
- Knowledge with accounting processes and software
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Positive attitude and eagerness to improve
- Driven personality and able to be successful in an individual and team setting
- Ability to meet deadlines
