What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Advisor position at Bob Brady Auto Mall?
Bob Brady Auto Mall is currently looking for a friendly Automotive Parts Advisor to coordinate parts for vehicle service and repair. You will work closely with our service team to provide excellent customer service to our patrons. When customers arrive at or call the parts department, you will greet them and determine what parts they need for their service and process payments for purchased items. You will also oversee the inventory, unpacking materials and documenting each shipment to ensure inventory numbers are current.
Responsibilites
- Assist customers (in person and by phone) with identifying and ordering the correct automotive parts
- Check inventory, process orders, and manage stock levels
- Provide accurate pricing and availability information
- Maintain a clean, organized parts department
- Support service technicians with timely parts delivery

- Previous experience in automotive parts or retail preferred (but we’ll train the right person)
