Responsibilities
- Reconcile financial statements and reports to maintain accuracy of dealership records.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense tracking.
- Collaborate with dealership departments to resolve invoice and billing discrepancies.
- Maintain documentation for audits and internal compliance requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities as needed.
- Perform data entry and maintain accounting databases with precision and confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in an automotive or retail environment.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $19.00.
