Automotive Sales Consultants needed at Bob Bell Hyundai

What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection and sales process
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features and benefits
- Help customers complete sales applications and paperwork
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on Hyundai vehicles and competitors
- Keep the sales lot clean, organized, and well-merchandised
- Build lasting relationships through excellent customer service
- Follow up with leads and customers via phone, email, and text
- Work with management to meet individual and team sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus)
- Willing to train motivated candidates with the right attitude
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Self-starter with a competitive spirit and a desire to succeed
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a professional appearance
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow a proven sales process
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
