Experienced Automotive Service Advisor

Bob Bell Chevrolet is looking for a motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our high-volume dealership. If you have a strong background in customer service, a passion for the automotive industry, and experience with GM vehicles — we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Greet customers and gather vehicle information
- Accurately document customer concerns and symptoms
- Recommend maintenance services based on mileage, age, and history
- Create detailed cost estimates for parts and labor
- Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated
- Review and finalize repair orders and invoices
- Clearly explain repairs and charges to customers
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Assistant Lane Manager (required)
- Proven track record of excellent customer satisfaction
- High energy, reliable, and team-oriented
- Long-term career mindset with a desire to grow
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- CDK software experience (a plus)
- GM dealership experience and/or bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
