Job Overview
- Role: Commercial Sales Representative

- Compensation: Base salary uncapped commission structure
- Prospecting: Identify and qualify new commercial business opportunities.
- Pitching: Deliver high-impact presentations to clients and executives.
- Closing: Work with a seasoned Commercial Manager and learn to negotiate contracts and built a book of business.
- Retention: Manage major accounts to ensure long-term client loyalty.
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Be a vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
- Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales success.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and pipeline management.
- Traits: Self-motivated, resilient, and highly goal oriented.
