What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Supervisor position at Bob and Edith's Diner?
Bob and Edith's Diner (4 Locations! 22202, 22204, 22150, 22303) is hiring energetic, honest, reliable shift supervisors. Must have restaurant experience.
All FOUR locations have immediate availability for position, 2 locations in Arlington, 1 in Springfield and 1 in Alexandria.
32-40 hours per week. Must be flexible and will be required to work evenings and night shifts. Will be required to work some holidays and in emergencies -long hours. Must be available weekends.
You will be required to provide operational support General Manager, organize and supervise shift, respond to customers complaints and needs, train new staff on policies and customer service and ensure current staff is following expectations and rules.
Interview and training will be done. Further details will be given upon meeting and interview.
