Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lot Porter to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our dealership presents a clean, organized, and professional appearance for customers. The Lot Porter will manage vehicle organization, assist the service department, and help maintain a welcoming environment on the lot.
Responsibilities
Install seat, steering wheel, and floor protection in all service vehicles
Tag keys and ensure proper storage for all vehicles in service or on the lot
Keep all vehicles locked with windows rolled up when not in use
Maintain lot organization and cleanliness
Assist in moving vehicles to designated areas as directed
Ensure the dealership’s appearance is professional and welcoming to customers
Follow company policies and immediately report concerns to management
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screening
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
High energy with a customer-first approach
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
