The Role:
- Client Development: Build and expand relationships with animal health companies, serving as a consultative partner, helping clients solve critical leadership needs
- Executive Recruiting: Identify and engage top industry talent through outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic calling
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure lasting success and repeat business.
