What You’ll Do
- FP&A Partnering: Serve as the FP&A partner for multiple business segments, working closely with sales management and business leaders to drive financial performance.
- Financial Modeling: Collaborate with managers to build robust financial models for forecasting, perform scenario and sensitivity analysis, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Business Analysis: Analyze key business drivers, trends, and operational metrics to identify opportunities and risks across all revenue streams.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing organizational structure and creating value.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful monthly financial reporting and analysis, clearly communicating findings to senior leadership.
- Additional Financial Support: Take on additional financial tasks as needed, including ad-hoc research, month-end reconciliations, presentation development, and other support to drive business success.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Expertise: Advanced analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional Communication & Leadership: Strong presentation skills with the ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with at least 10 years of experience in finance, statistics, or business intelligence.
- Detail-Oriented & Execution-Focused: Strong in both strategic planning and hands-on execution, with a results-oriented approach.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL or Power BI is a strong plus.
- Results-Driven: Proven ability to exceed expectations and take on increasing responsibility.
- Intellectual Curiosity: Strong desire to learn and continuously improve.
- Process Improvement & Efficiency: Proven track record of enhancing process efficiencies and solving complex problems.
- Strategic & Data-Driven Thinking: Strong business acumen with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.

- Hybrid Work Location: We are a hybrid organization with team gatherings in our Brickell office from Tuesday to Thursday each week. At this time, we are unable to offer relocation assistance.
