Experienced Press Brake Operator
Schedule: B-Shift: Friday through Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Work 36 hours
- Get paid for 40 hours when you work your full scheduled shift
- Includes $1/hour shift differential
Pay:
- $20-24/hr, based on experience
- $1/hour shift differential
- 4 bonus hours paid for full attendance

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator who can independently set up, adjust, and run press brake equipment while maintaining tight tolerances and high cosmetic quality standards. This is not an entry-level role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up and operate press brake machines with minimal supervision
- Read and interpret complex blueprints and bend sequences
- Calculate and verify bend angles, tolerances, and dimensions
- Use calipers and angle finders to confirm precision and repeatability
- Perform first-piece inspections and continuously monitor quality
- Adjust programs, tooling, and machine settings to correct issues
- Identify defects and proactively troubleshoot forming problems
- Ensure high cosmetic standards, including polishing logos and visible surfaces
- Maintain consistent production output without sacrificing quality
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- 2 years of press brake operation experience
- Experience setting up jobs (not just running parts)
- Ability to read blueprints and work from specifications independently
- Experience holding tight tolerances in a production environment
Preferred Experience
- Press brake controls (Delem strongly preferred)
- Metal fabrication or custom manufacturing environment
- Experience with bend allowances, tooling selection, and sequencing
