Role Description This is a remote Business to Business (B2B) Sales Representative role. The B2B Sales Representative will identify and qualify prospective wholesale, corporate, and retail partners, focusing on accounts that value sustainable and ethical products. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach via email, phone, and virtual meetings, presenting Boatman’s product line and brand story, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. The role involves maintaining an organized pipeline, preparing proposals and pricing, coordinating with operations and marketing on order fulfillment and partner campaigns, and tracking performance against sales targets. The representative will also gather market feedback, support long-term account relationships, and represent Boatman’s values in all partner interactions.
Qualifications
- Business development and B2B sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and account management.
- Experience with relationship-building and negotiation, with the ability to close deals and manage partner expectations.
- Comfort using CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to manage pipelines and track results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional outreach, presentations, and virtual meetings.
