Boat Sport Marina is a full service family owned Boat and Snowmobile Dealership focused around providing the best products, service and customer experience possible for over 30 years. We are a dealership for Arctic Cat Snowmobiles, Alumacraft Boats, Four Winns, Crest, Harris Pontoons, Tige and ATX Surf Boats, Mercury Outboards, MerCruiser and Indmar.
We are growing and looking to hire a full time Parts Associate to help us run our Parts and Service department more efficiently. We are looking for an energetic, dependable and hard working individual preferably with past parts/service experience. General knowledge and love of boats, snowmobiles and engines is also preferred. Primary Responsibilities and Requirements:
Excellent Customer Relation skills and well spoken
Assist Customers over the phone and at the counter with their parts and service needs
Open Work Orders for Service and Part customers
Increase parts and service efficiencies and profitability
Order parts for repair and inventory from vendors
Look up parts in manufacture parts databases
Pull and assign parts for repair orders
Work with Service Manager to assure parts are available for upcoming jobs
Receive parts shipments, inventory and stock away
Keep Ship Store shelves stocked and neat
Answer in coming parts and service calls
Coordinate with the Sales Manager all new boat rigging and delivery
Create an upbeat and positive culture for both the customer and employees
Ensure exceptional customer service/CSI
And all other assigned tasks
Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
Proven ability to influence worker behavior to benefit the organization
Assist Management with day to day operations
Strong desire to build relationships, and create positive interactions with others
