Boat Rentals of America is the premier boat rental company in the valley, with 3 locations and a variety of watercraft for our customers to enjoy. A family-owned business since 1992, we believe in hiring friendly hard-working people that love boating and working outdoors.
General Qualifications:
- Must have a genuine passion for working outdoors
- Boating experience not required
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays and at least 2 weekdays
- Must be 18

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with boat rentals and provide information on safety procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dock area and rental equipment.
- Perform basic rigging tasks and demonstrate mechanical knowledge when needed.
- Ensure all boats are in good working condition before rentals.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all guests.
