Grinder

Essential Functions:

• Operate dual action sanders, electric grinders, high speed grinders with meticulous detail
• Change grinding and sanding pads as needed
• Smooth out all crevices and faulty areas of the trailers
• Utilize hand tools such as tape measures, wrenches, pliers, torque wrenches, power bleeders and files as needed
• Follow protocols to attach monorails
• Read manuals and work instructions to bleed brakes with precision
• Comply with safety regulations and PPE requirements that include gloves, face shields, and steel toed shoes..

WORK HOURS: FRIDAY-SUNDAY 6AM-6PM

Required Education and Skills/Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Communication proficiency, written and oral
• Works well independently or in a team environment
• Able to work safely in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to work overtime as needed

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, and bending
• Must have enough manual dexterity and stability as required for precision work
• Vision and hearing abilities required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Must be able to work in non-climate controlled environment
