Boat House is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the team.

About the Position: In the Restaurant Manager role, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of all daily restaurant operations.

Essential Duties:
- Ensuring a quality guest experience by managing all areas of the restaurant’s daily operations
- Hiring, training, and development of employees and managers
- Hands on training and development of all service positions, specific areas to include: Guest Service, Etiquette, Food and Beverage Knowledge
- Oversight of and approval of weekly scheduling
- Reconciling, invoicing, and inventory
Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications:Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale, high-volume establishment
- Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds
- Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships
Salary : $65,000 - $72,000
