Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Optometrist at BOAS VISION ASSOCIATES LLC, located in Exton, PA. The Optometrist will be responsible for performing comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and managing ocular diseases, prescribing corrective lenses, and providing patient education. Collaboration with other medical professionals and staff to deliver high-quality care will also be a key aspect of the role. Building strong patient relationships and ensuring continuity of care are integral responsibilities for this position.
Qualifications
- Expertise in conducting comprehensive eye exams and prescribing corrective lenses
- Proficiency in diagnosing and managing ocular diseases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient education and relationship building
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree and licensure to practice optometry in Pennsylvania
- Prior experience in a clinical or private optometry practice is a plus
