We are looking for a dedicated and bilingual Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with staff and management, ensuring that cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
Some essential job duties include:
- Supervise housekeeping team to ensure all rooms and public areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Conduct room inspections and follow up on quality issues.
- Train, coach, and support housekeeping staff in daily tasks and safety protocols.
- Ensure open and clear communication between shifts and other departments.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper equipment use.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English (fluency required).
