Boarhog is in search of a Senior NEN Analyst to work with the team providing Information Technology (IT) support services for day-to-day operations at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Dahlgren Division (DD) Corporate Operations Department (10 Dept) IT Division (Code 104) in Dahlgren, VA.
The NSWC DD provides the military with the development and integration of warfare systems for the warfighter, warfighting, and the future fleet. Its vision to design, develop, and integrate technologically superior, 21st century warfare systems. The 10 Dept is responsible for assessing Dahlgren Division business needs and providing specialized expertise, advice, and solutions in several areas including IT. The Code 104 is responsible for the management of the Command's unclassified RDT&E (uRDTE) and classified RDTE (cRDT&E) networks and the Secure Defense Research and Engineering Network (SDREN), and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS) and non-JWICS Top Secret (TS) collateral and TS/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) stand-alone networks, and commercial Internet connections (e.g., wired, wireless, satellite). They also support the unclassified Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (uNMCI), classified NMCI (cNMCI), and the JWICS. Code 104 provides products and services such as IT asset management, IT procurement, telecommunications (landline, VOIP, and mobile Wi-Fi), network infrastructure lifecycle support and management, endpoint lifecycle support and management, SharePoint administration, enterprise application development, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Cybersecurity services.

Functional Responsibility
- Provide project management for NEN operations, including account creation, modification, and tracking
- Perform account service management, including IMAC requests, hardware and software tracking, inventory control and lifecycle documentation
- Coordinate and maintain NEN site documentation
- Schedule and maintain endpoint deployments
- Track status, hardware shipments, requisitions, and invoices
- Manage the NEN assets and orders with Network Enterprise Tool (NET)
- Provide training on NEN tools and NET procedures
- Administer file storage coordination for NEN environments
- Support transition and modernization from current to future NEN solutions
- Perform data migration
- Provide Tier 0 and 1 seat support
- Serve as a Trusted Agent for Cryptographic Log-On and issue SIPRNet Tokens
- Support NMCI seat management
- Evaluate new NEN CLIN offerings
- Ensure systems comply with DISSTIGs, DoW IA controls, and A&A documentation requirements
- Six (6) years of professional experience related to NEN programming, including NET, CLIN offerings, and NEN ordering
- Bachelor's Degree
- Designated as IAT III level
- Active Top Secret security clearance
