What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound buyer and initiate first contact
- Engage in real-time conversations (phone, text, email) with potential clients
- Qualify and nurture leads until they’re ready to meet with an agent
- Match clients with the right agents based on location, loan type, and needs
- Track your daily activities in our CRM and hit performance metrics
- Work side-by-side with agents, lenders, and the leadership team to drive closings

Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or phone sales
- Familiarity with real estate sales concepts and technology sales is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective client interactions.
- Experience using CRM software such as Follow Up Boss is advantageous.
