This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Brookline, MA. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with property leasing and sales, conducting market research, scheduling and attending property showings, and maintaining knowledge of the local real estate market. Other day-to-day responsibilities include networking with potential clients, negotiating transactions, and maintaining up-to-date property listings using state-of-the-art databases. This role requires delivering exceptional client service while meeting sales and leasing targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and negotiate agreements
- Proficiency in research and marketing strategies for identifying and advertising properties
- Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- A strong work ethic and self-motivation, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with the Boston real estate market is a plus but not required; willingness to learn and adapt to market dynamics
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
