Boardwalk Bar & Grill is seeking experienced servers with a background in upscale or fine dining. Responsibilities:
- Deliver polished, attentive, and elevated service to every guest
- Work efficiently and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of our food, wine, and craft cocktail menus (training provided)
- Accurately take and process orders and payments using Toast handhelds
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas, including the bar and dining room
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
- Previous upscale or fine-dining serving experience required
- Strong communication and guest-service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
