We are seeking a certified Yoga Instructor to lead engaging and inclusive yoga classes for participants of all fitness levels. The ideal candidate will create a positive and welcoming environment while guiding students through safe, effective yoga practices that promote strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead group yoga classes for participants of varying experience levels.
- Demonstrate and instruct proper yoga poses, breathing techniques, and alignment.
- Provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate individual needs and abilities.
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and encouraging class environment.
- Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their personal wellness goals.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and inclusive atmosphere during all classes.
- Follow studio or facility policies and maintain a clean and organized practice space.
- Current Yoga Instructor certification (200-hour RYT or equivalent preferred).
- Previous teaching experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
