We are looking to add another member to our team! This position requires some late nights, some weekends, and overwhelming willingness to be helpful to customers. There will be difficult situations and challenges when dealing with customers looking to service their vehicle. The candidate must always remain composed, never try to win arguments, and empathize with the issues people are experiencing. We are looking to create the most excellent customer experience we are capable of providing.
What We Offer
Answer all inbound calls to the service department
Schedule service appointments and speak with customers daily
Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request
Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries
Advise maintenance recommendations
Confirm scheduled and missed appointments
Follow up with customers after they have been in for service
Perform outbound phone calls to prospective service customers
Help and assist customers to ensure a smooth and positive experience
Qualifications
Strong computer skills
Strong customer service background
Outgoing personality and eagerness to help serve our customer base
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Punctual, reliable and eager to improve
