What You’ll Do
As our Weekend Guest Experience Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and leave with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and alcohol beverages with care and consistency.
- Leading the guest experience by providing exceptional customer service and fostering a warm, inviting atmosphere.
- Managing weekend operations, ensuring the shop runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace to uphold our high standards.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for coffee to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a coffee shop or customer-facing environment.
- Ability to upsell and suggest complementary menu items.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine love for engaging with people.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting.
- A commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Eligibility to obtain a pourer’s permit as applicable.
