About the Role
Board Developer is a governance advisory firm specializing in board development, leadership assessments, executive coaching, and advisory board design.
We're seeking an organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Client Relationship Coordinator to support our leadership team, client relationships, and daily operations. This part-time, hybrid role is ideal for someone who communicates professionally, manages multiple priorities, and confidently uses AI tools to improve productivity.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate client communications, meetings, deliverables, and follow-ups.
- Draft proposals, statements of work, and business documents using AI tools and approved templates.
- Assist in maintaining our sales pipeline and prospect research and follow-up.
- Support leadership assessments, board meetings, and client projects.
- Track action items, coordinate internal resources, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through AI and technology.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow through on commitments.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion with confidential information.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, monday.com, Slack, and Zoom, or ability to learn quickly.
Position Details
- Schedule: Part-time, 20–25 hours/week
- Pay: $25–$30/hour, depending on experience
- Location: Maricopa County, AZ (primarily remote with periodic in-person meetings)
